You can now start your application, track your progress and talk to us when you need us. If you start your application online, you will still have the option to meet a Mortgage Consultant in-person at a time and place convenient to you.
Before you start your application online please ensure that you have reviewed all the information relevant to you for a mortgage with PTSB; for first time buyers, second time buyers and switchers.
Lending criteria, terms and conditions will apply. Mortgage approval is subject to assessment of suitability and affordability. Applicants must be aged 18 or over. Security is required and credit agreement will be secured by a mortgage or by a right related to residential immovable property. Life and Home Insurance are also required.
